The yesterdays , mostly are in a bad shape sometimes .  And We can not blame anyone for this "yesterday" 

BUT YES we can do  something - 
We can not spoil our today for the bad yesterday . 

We are Humans and we all have our share of ups and downs , highs and lows , victories and losses ... BUT The primal energy of Life , keeps us moving and moving ! 

So its really not a bad idea to forget a bad yesterday for the sake to a wonderful today .

It's been for years , I have not angered . I think the last time I got angry - it was some 10 years back.  How I managed that is a secondary issue , right now I am here to tell you that anger can cause you only HARM -nothing else.
